Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation or no-show policy. This helps us ensure availability and provide the best service to all clients.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

If appointment is cancelled after the time the policy states or a "no-show" the day of, client will be charged a 30% fee of the service price.
